A330 a340
The A330 Family are derivatives of the A300. The A330 is a medium to long wide body twin engine jet airliner. The A330 was developed in parallel to the discontinued 4 engine Airbus A340. The A330 was released in 1992 and the first variant was the A330-300. In 1998, Airbus introduced a smaller type, A330-200. In late 2017, Airbus announced it's newest plane: A330neo.
The A340 was a long range four engine widebody plane. It seated up to 375 passengers on standard variants and 440 in the -600 series, making it one of the largest passenger aircraft. It's distinguishing features are four bypass turbofan engines and three bogie main landing gear. The first flight of this aircraft was on 25th October 1991 and was delivered in March to Lufthansa and Air France. In 2011 Airbus announced that A340 production was concluded
